These are a bit more fantasy than fact, but I couldn't resist these fun and unique pinecone-esque textured dangles (or are they artichokes? Hop blossoms?). Acorn jewelry was common, especially in the Victorian Era, and these reminded me a lot of those. If you're going to strict accuracy then I wouldn't recommend this style but they can't be beat for fun!

These are vintage acrylic dangles so they are lightweight despite being rather large earrings.

Available as hoops (shown), leverbacks, or clip-ons.
